West Central Escambia County in northwestern Florida... * WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 501 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bay Minette, Robertsdale, Loxley, Stapleton, Silverhill, Gateswood, Rosinton, Steelwood, Vangordon, Pine Haven, Whitehouse Forks, Douglasville and D'Olive. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
