* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...East Central Lowndes County in south central Alabama... Central Montgomery County in south central Alabama... Northwestern Bullock County in southeastern Alabama... Southwestern Macon County in southeastern Alabama... * WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 309 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Southern Montgomery, Hayneville, Pike Road, Pinedale, Sprague, Snowdoun, Hyundai Motors Of Alabama, Hope Hull, Pintlala, Shopton, Hardaway, Franklin Field, Carters Hill, Barachias, Cecil, Mitchell and Letohatchee.
