* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...East Central Houston County in southeastern Alabama... North Central Decatur County in southwestern Georgia... Southwestern Early County in southwestern Georgia... Southwestern Miller County in southwestern Georgia... Northern Seminole County in southwestern Georgia... * WHEN...Until 1015 PM EDT /915 PM CDT/. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 709 PM EDT /609 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Donalsonville, Iron City, Brinson, Jakin
