West Memphis, Hughes, Memphis, Edmondson, Horseshoe Lake, Anthonyville, Lake Cormorant, Simsboro, Pinckney, Robinsonville, Crittenden, Clack, Trinity, Browns, Commerce, Louise, Beck, Democrat, Glover, and Riceville. This includes Interstate 40 in Arkansas between mile markers 256 and 264, and between mile markers 269 and 273.
