In Panhandle Florida, Bay, Calhoun, Gulf and Washington. * WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT /645 PM CDT/. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 145 PM EDT /1245 PM CDT/, the public reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen today. Some additional rainfall is possible into the evening hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
