* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Citrus County in west central Florida... Northwestern Hernando County in west central Florida... * WHEN...Until 845 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 645 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen in the last 3 hours. Additional rainfall previously fell earlier this afternoon. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
