Northeastern Leon County in Big Bend Florida... * WHEN...Until 930 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 630 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain, with rain rates on the order of 4 to 7 inches per hour, due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
