* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of east central Illinois, including the following counties, Champaign and Vermilion. * WHEN...Until noon CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 524 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible this evening and overnight in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
