Additional moderate to heavy showers will continue for the next . Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Charleston, Mattoon, Marshall, Casey, Neoga, Greenup, Toledo, Martinsville, Ashmore, Westfield, Lerna, Jewett, Janesville, York, Paradise, Woodbury, Darwin, Loxa, Fox Ridge State Park and Hazel Dell. This includes the following State Parks... Fox Ridge State Park and Lincoln Trail State Park. This includes the following highways... Interstate 70 between mile markers 106 and 154. Interstate 57 between mile markers 173 and 193.
