Northern Iroquois County in east central Illinois... Kankakee County in northeastern Illinois... * WHEN...Until 445 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1243 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour moving into the area. Minor flooding may begin shortly after the onset of rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kankakee, Bourbonnais, Bradley, Pontiac, Watseka, Gilman, Herscher, Clifton, Chatsworth, Limestone, St. Anne, Forrest, Sheldon, Chebanse, Piper City, Ashkum, Aroma Park, Hopkins Park and Cullom. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
