At 1256 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Stanford to near El Paso, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. These severe storms will be near... Bloomington, Normal, and Hudson around 100 PM CDT. Towanda around 105 PM CDT. Lexington and Downs around 110 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include Shirley, Central Illinois Regional Airport, Panola, and Kappa. This also includes Mackinaw River State Fish and Wildlife Area. This includes the following highways... Interstate 39 between mile markers 0 and 23. Interstate 55 between mile markers 152 and 179. Interstate 74 between mile markers 106 and 145.
