THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 563 IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN ILLINOIS THIS WATCH INCLUDES 9 COUNTIES IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS MARSHALL MCLEAN PEORIA STARK TAZEWELL WOODFORD IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS CHAMPAIGN VERMILION IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS KNOX THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF BLOOMINGTON, CHAMPAIGN, DANVILLE, EUREKA, GALESBURG, LACON, NORMAL, PEKIN, PEORIA, TOULON, AND URBANA.
