* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following county, Adams and northwest Ohio, including the following county, Van Wert. * WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1113 PM EDT, The heavy rain has ended but between 2 and 3 inches of rain fell earlier and minor flooding is likely still ongoing. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
