* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Floyd County in south central Indiana... East Central Harrison County in south central Indiana... Northern Bullitt County in central Kentucky... Southern Jefferson County in central Kentucky... * WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 747 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Louisville, Shively, Corydon, Pioneer Village, Lynnview, Hollow Creek, Hollyvilla and Spring Mill. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
