* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Eastern Boone County in central Indiana... Hamilton County in central Indiana... Madison County in central Indiana... Southern Delaware County in east central Indiana... Northern Henry County in east central Indiana... Southwestern Randolph County in east central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 359 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area as additional storms move south through the advisory area through 5 pm. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Muncie, Anderson, Car
