Heavy rainfall of three to well over six inches overnight and continued rainfall today and tonight will bring major flooding to area waterways, including the White River in the Muncie and Anderson areas. Significant flooding is expected further downstream in the Noblesville area, and currently minor lowland flooding is forecast downstream of there through Indianapolis. * WHAT...Major flooding is forecast.
