Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marion, Hartford City, Gas City, Upland, Dunkirk, Albany, Montpelier, Redkey, Van Buren, Pennville, Matthews, Center, Warren, Shamrock Lakes, Roll, Mcnatts, Keystone, Trenton, Mill Grove and Mount Zion. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
