* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Cass IN, Fulton IN, Miami, Pulaski and Wabash. * WHEN...Until 1215 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 909 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Many locations have seen rainfall in excess of 2 inches so far this morning. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Logansport, Peru, Wabash, Winamac, Francesville, La Fontaine, Royal Center, Medaryville, Mexico, Wells, Pulaski, Erie, Denver, Lagro, Fulton, Twelve Mile, Metea, Hoover, Adamsboro and Fletcher. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
