* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Cass IN, Fulton IN, Pulaski and White. * WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 318 AM EDT, emergency management reported minor flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Logansport, Winamac, Grissom Afb, Monon, Walton, Francesville, Royal Center, Medaryville, Lincoln, Pulaski, Galveston, Kewanna, Burnettsville, Fulton, Onward, Thornhope, Star City, Bell Center, Lake Cicott and Lucerne. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
