* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of east central Kentucky, including the following county, Fleming. * WHEN...Until 330 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 248 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is likely ongoing within the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional light rainfall is ongoing. This additional rain will allow minor flooding to persist. Additional thunderstorms are possible later this afternoon. These additional storms could produce heavier rainfall and cause the flooding threat to increase. Remain weather aware later this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fairview, Cowan and Ewing.
