* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Floyd, Magoffin and Pike. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 902 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is likely ongoing within the advisory area. Between 1.25 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - No additional heavy rainfall is expected, but minor flooding impacts will continue. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Prestonsburg, Coal Run Village, Martin, Allen, Alphoretta, Arkansas, Beaver Junction, Allen City, Printer, Langley, Dwale, Dock, Banner, Hunter, Eastern, Dana, Hueysville, Emma, Alvin and Blue River.
