* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Knott, Leslie, Letcher, Perry and Pike. * WHEN...Until 330 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1238 AM EDT, the public reported flooding in Fleming-Neon. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hazard, Whitesburg, Letcher, Jenkins, Fleming-Neon, Vicco, Blackey, Van, Jeremiah, Isom, Hot Spot, Premium, Trailer, Tillie, Sackett, David, Oscaloosa, Carbon Glow, Crown and Amelia.
