Northern Woodford County in central Kentucky... * Until 1130 AM EDT. * At 925 AM EDT, Highway department and public reported flash flooding on Highway 127 in Frankfort which had water over two lanes of traffic. A creek overflowing near Graefenburg flooded a church parking lot and backyard of a house. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
