* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, La Porte and St. Joseph and southwest Michigan, including the following counties, Berrien and Cass MI. * WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT /615 PM CDT/. * IMPACTS...Flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 516 PM EDT /416 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
