Ingham County in south central Michigan... * WHEN...Until 100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 905 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the advisory area. Reports have been received of water over roadways across southern Lansing. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lansing, Charlotte, Mason, East Lansing, Grand Ledge, Williamston, Potterville, Edgemont Park, Capital Region International Airport, DeWitt, Webberville, Dimondale, Dansville, Waverly, Holt, Okemos, Haslett, Bath and Wacousta. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
