* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern St. Clair County in southeastern Michigan... Southern Sanilac County in southeastern Michigan... * WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 601 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause road and small stream flooding. Radar estimates between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in additional minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Croswell, Yale, Marlette, Brown City, Lexington, Lakeport, Peck, Melvin, Watertown, Blaine, Roseburg, Fargo, Amador, Valley Center, Jeddo, Lexington Heights, Juhl, Birch Beach and North Street. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
