The Flood Advisory will expire at 1045 PM CDT this evening for portions of East Arkansas, including the following area, Phillips and North Mississippi, including the following areas, Coahoma, Quitman and Tallahatchie. The heavy rain has ended. Urban area and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
