* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Missouri, including the following counties, Howell, Oregon and Shannon. * WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 900 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... Mahans Creek at County Road 501, Sycamore Creek at Highway H, Thomas Hollow at Highway H, Rocky Creek at Highway H, Little Rocky Creek at Highway H and Pine Hollow at Highway E. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Winona, Birch Tree, Eminence, Montier, Alley Spring, West Eminence, Teresita and Ozark National Scenic Riverways
