The Flood Advisory will expire at 330 AM CDT early this morning for a portion of east central Missouri, including the following areas, Franklin, Jefferson, Saint Charles, Saint Louis and Warren. Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Urban area and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
