At 244 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 10 miles southwest of Helena to 14 miles northeast of Whitehall, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...55 to 60 mph wind gusts have been reported with this line of storms. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Helena, Townsend, Boulder, East Helena, Montana City, Toston, Wickes, York, Rimini, Alhambra, Corbin, Spring Meadow Lake State Park, Elkhorn State Park, Winston, Radersburg, Silos, Clancy, Jefferson City, Goose Bay, and Black Sandy State Park.
