At 830 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 7 miles south of Oliver Reservoir, or 12 miles southwest of Kimball, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Kimball County. This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 15 and 16.
