West Central Lincoln County in southwestern Nebraska... * WHEN...Until 330 AM CDT /230 AM MDT/. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1229 AM CDT /1129 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ogallala, Sutherland, Hershey, Paxton, Sarben, Keystone, Roscoe, Sutherland Reservoir State Recreation Area, Kingsley Dam, Nevens, Big Bald Hill, Broganville, Coker and O'Fallons. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
