THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 599 IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN NEBRASKA THIS WATCH INCLUDES 8 COUNTIES IN CENTRAL NEBRASKA GREELEY HOWARD MERRICK NANCE VALLEY IN EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA POLK YORK IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA HAMILTON THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF AURORA, CENTRAL CITY, FULLERTON, GENOA, GREELEY, ORD, OSCEOLA, POLK, SCOTIA, SHELBY, SPALDING, ST. PAUL, STROMSBURG, WOLBACH, AND YORK.
