At 755 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. The heaviest rainfall is expected in southeastern Hillsborough County and southeastern Rockingham County. Urban flash flooding is expected. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Manchester, Nashua, Derry, Merrimack, Durham, Exeter, Salem, Northwood and Bedford. This includes the following highways... Interstate 93 between mile markers 1 and 31. Interstate 293 between mile markers 1 and 11.
