* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...West Central Torrance County in central New Mexico... * WHEN...Until 745 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 442 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are expected over the area.
