For the Finger Lakes/seneca/oswego River...including Auburn, Auburn, Nedrow, Geneva, Oneida, Ithaca, Ithaca, Liverpool...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Oneida Creek at Oneida. * WHEN...From this evening to Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Flood Stage. Low lying areas in the Town of Verona, and near Oneida Castle, flood. No homes, businesses, or infrastructure are affected. At 11.5 feet, Water spreads across Highland Avenue, cutting off some residences from accessing Prospect Street.
