SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Binghamton, Ithaca, Elmira, Vestal, Cortland, Johnson City, Endicott, Corning, Southport, and Barton.
