* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southern Edgecombe County in central North Carolina... * WHEN...Until 1145 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 918 PM EDT, The heavy rainfall has ended in the advisory area. Minor flooding remains possible as residual drainage continues. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tarboro, Princeville, Conetoe and Kingsboro.
