The Flood Warning will expire at 930 PM EDT this evening for a portion of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont, Guernsey, Harrison, Monroe, Noble and Tuscarawas. The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
