At 1141 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from over Wellsburg to 9 miles west of Powhatan Point, or along a line from over Wellsburg to 10 miles northeast of Woodsfield, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Wheeling, Steubenville, Moundsville, Martins Ferry, Bellaire, Warwood, Wellsburg, Bethlehem, West Liberty, Triadelphia, Avella, Clearview, Valley Grove, Wintersville, Shadyside, Mingo Junction, Follansbee and Hooverson Heights.
