Northwestern Brown County in southwestern Ohio... Northern Clermont County in southwestern Ohio... Southern Clinton County in southwestern Ohio... South Central Warren County in southwestern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 355 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Loveland, Milford, Hillsboro, Greenfield, Amelia, Mount Orab, Williamsburg, Batavia, Lynchburg, Leesburg, New Vienna, Marshall, Belfast, Rocky Fork Point, Highland Holiday, Withamsville and Russell.
