Southern Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Jefferson PA County in west central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 117 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rimersburg, Meadowood, Oak Hills, New Bethlehem, Saxonburg, Nixon, East Brady, Sligo, Limestone, Hawthorn and Distant. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
