Centre County in central Pennsylvania... Northeastern Clearfield County in central Pennsylvania... Northern Huntingdon County in central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 313 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has moved east of the area. However, streams continue to rise and sporadic flooding is ongoing across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to half an inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
