* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of northern New Jersey, including the following county, Warren and Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Monroe and Northampton. * WHEN...Until 1130 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 726 PM EDT, emergency management reported ongoing flooding across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
