* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern Cabo Rojo County in Puerto Rico... Hormigueros County in Puerto Rico... Western Maricao County in Puerto Rico... Eastern Mayaguez County in Puerto Rico... Sabana Grande County in Puerto Rico... San German County in Puerto Rico... * WHEN...Until 330 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1227 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
