* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Berkeley County in southeastern South Carolina... Charleston County in southeastern South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 545 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 358 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated brands of showers and a few thunderstorms with torrential rainfall moving onshore across much of eastern Berkeley County and upper Charleston County. Up to 1 to 2 inches of rain have already fallen in some areas and an additional 1 to 2 inches could fall through 530 AM. The risk for minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas continues. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Pleasant, McClellanville, Isle Of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Awendaw, Jamestown, Garris Landing, Bull Island, Price Inlet and Hampton Plantation State Park.
