Move livestock and equipment to higher ground away from the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 3.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Thursday afternoon to a crest of 13.8 feet early Friday afternoon.
