At 522 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has fallen in Vidor. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue from standing water or runoff from previous rainfall, but no additional rainfall is expected. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Vidor and Rose City.
