Northern Lawrence County in southeastern Ohio... Northwestern Mason County in western West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 206 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Gallipolis, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Gallia, Adamsville, Centerpoint, Gage, Mabee and Petersburg. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
