* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, Greenbrier and Summers. * WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 732 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Joe Knob Branch, Kitchen Creek, Lick Creek, Beaver Creek, Laurel Creek, Boggs Creek, Eagle Branch, Burdette Creek, Hungard Creek, Little Clear Creek, Burns Run, Elijah Branch, Fisher Creek and Big Clear Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
